Tai Chi Qigong Shibashi is a gentle, flowing exercise that consists of 18 movements. The rocking motions and stretching movements can aid all age groups in improving their general health, from breathing to digestion, energy, balance and more; it also facilitates the body’s response to injury.

Lindy Hop/ Swing Dance is a partner dance that originated in Harlem, the New York neighbourhood in Manhattan.
